All Weathers Childminding - Catherine Green

I have been an Ofsted registered childminder since 2015 and recently took it upon myself to become a Curiosity Approach accredited setting. I joined the accreditation in January 2020 and I am really enjoying reflecting upon my setting and the experiences I offer and changing the way I do things to the benefit of not only the children but to myself. I am enjoying childminding so much more now I'm working towards the accreditation. Yes, I was already home from home childcare but being part of the Curiosity tribe has allowed me to strive for even higher standards of homely childcare and hyyge. Children's personal, social and emotional development is at the forefront of my setting because once children feel safe and secure, learning can take place for other areas of development catered around children's interests and want for magic, awe inspiring moments of play. I aim to be a pioneer of a world of curiosity and kindness.
