My love of Log Slices started when I cut some to use with the children in my class. I set up my Etsy shop when I decided to try to sell some of my Log Slices to hopefully pay for ongoing house renovations! 

I'm a huge fan of Natural Resources - they stimulate children's creativity and imagination so much since they can be used in many different ways! Along with being used as 'open-ended' Loose Parts they are great for other things too...coasters, wedding decor, table centrepieces, bunting, crafts, decorations, bird tables...the list really does seem to be endless! 

All my wood is sourced locally & responsibly and it always makes me SO happy to think that cut trees that were destined to be burnt or chipped are now headed for a new, exciting life!
